Conditions of Use

Making A Purchase:-
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You can pay using Paypal and credit or debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your  card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule:-
We will normally despatch your order on the day it is received if we have the goods in stock.  Orders received after midday may be despatched the next business day.  48 Hour deliveries are guaranteed to arrive 2 working days after despatch.  A signature is required for these deliveries.  Please note that we do not despatch or deliver parcels at the weekend so most UK mainland orders placed on a Friday afternoon would normally leave on the next Tuesday and arrive on the Thursday.  If you are desperate please call to discuss a speedier delivery arrangement.  020 8670 4466

If your item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Credit Card Security:-
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
