Unglazed ceramic mosaics are a durable and hard-wearing material suitable for indoors and outdoors, and for floors as well as walls. They are easy to cut with tile nippers, have a matt surface, and come in an attractive range of muted colours. A smaller number of colours are also available in glazed ceramic which has a high gloss surface and can be used for wall mosaics both indoors and outdoors. |
