We use Royal Mail for parcels which weigh less than 2kgs and these are charged on a sliding scale from £ 3.00 up to £ 7.50 according to weight. For parcels over 2kgs up to 25kgs we use Parcelforce 48. We charge £ 10 for this service. If your order weighs more than 25kgs it will be charged as 2 consignments, more than 50kgs - 3 consignments etc. Orders sent by Parcelforce 48 are delivered on the second day after despatch. This means for example that a parcel sent on Tuesday will arrive on Thursday. Please note that Parcelforce do not pick up or deliver at the weekend so orders which are not processed by the end of Friday will not be collected until Tuesday (we are closed on Mon) and consequently will not reach you until the following Thursday. We try to process all orders within 24hrs of receipt subject to stock availability. If you are in a desperate hurry please call us and we can try to sort out a speedier delivery. |
